Looking to put your modelling skills to the test on meaningful projects across Ontario? Here’s your chance to join a growing team that’s shaping how communities manage water sustainably, from concept to construction.
We’re looking for a
Water Resources Designer/Engineer who’s passionate about creating practical, forward-thinking stormwater solutions for
land development and
municipal infrastructure projects. Someone who can turn data and models into real-world impact.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of stormwater management design — building detailed hydrologic and hydraulic models, preparing design briefs and reports, and collaborating closely with project managers, municipal reviewers, and drafting teams. You’ll see your designs come to life across subdivisions, site plans, and reconstruction projects.
You’ll need:
- Around 5+ years of experience designing stormwater management systems for subdivisions or site plans.
- Proficiency in Visual OTTHYMO, HEC-RAS, and PCSWMM
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology (P.Eng. or C.E.T. is an asset).
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
If you enjoy solving complex challenges, working on diverse projects, and using modelling to make smarter, more resilient designs — this is a great opportunity to take that next step.
