Job Description

SSA are looking for a Junior Architectural Technologist on behalf of our client, an Architecture Firm, based in North Dublin.

The studio works on a range of projects across Dublin and the surrounding areas mainly in the residential, commercial and aviation industry.

The Role

• Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software.
• Support senior technologists and architects in the design development and technical coordination of projects.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and assist with the preparation of as-built drawings.
• Research and apply building materials, construction methods, and applicable building codes and standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, sustainability practices, and advances in building technologies.

Requirements

• Level 8 Degree in Architectural Technology
• 1-2 years experience
• Good software skills e.g. Revit, AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
