�� Salary: $60,000 - 65,000

�� Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for healthcare, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop complete scope coverage.
• Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and cost analysis.
• Identify risk items, cost-saving options, and value-engineering opportunities.
• Manage subcontractor outreach, pricing comparison, and bid levelling.
• Assist with bid proposals, tender submissions, and closing deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with the project management team during handoff and award stages.
• Maintain up-to-date costing data, supplier pricing, and trade relationships.

�� Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a GC or Construction Management firm.
• Healthcare project experience strongly preferred (hospitals, clinics, labs, medical offices, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction assemblies, building codes, and trade scopes.
• Proficiency with estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in-office as part of a collaborative estimating team.
