Duties:
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and field teams to keep projects on track
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Work closely with estimators and participate in tender submissions
- Maintain project documentation and logs (cost tracking, materials, etc.)
- Visit sites as needed to monitor progress and build relationships with field crews
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction, project coordination, or estimating
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Solid understanding of construction processes, documents, and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Eager to learn, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who’s driven by growth, not just a title
