They are currently seeking a
Project Manager to join their team in the GTA, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil engineering professional to lead a variety of projects from concept through to construction, while building long-term client relationships and driving project success. What will you be doing? - Manage a portfolio of consulting engineering projects across design, approvals, and construction phases.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules while monitoring project progress and financial performance.
- Lead and participate in design and construction meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, sub-consultants, municipalities, and approval agencies.
- Ensure project schedules and deliverables are met, taking action to expedite when needed.
- Review and approve project invoices, assist with collections, and ensure strong financial outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development and promotional activities.
- Provide regular status reports and conduct project post-mortems to support continuous improvement.
Your Experience: - Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- 10–12 years’ experience in the design and management of subdivisions and site plans.
- In-depth understanding of servicing, grading, and stormwater management requirements.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) in good standing.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
