Leading Hand Carpenter – Residential & Multi-Residential Projects
A respected construction company is currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled carpenter with a strong background in both residential and multi-residential carpentry, as well as leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of carpenters on-site
• Ensure the highest standards of workmanship on residential and multi-residential projects
• Manage materials and resources efficiently
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes
• Coordinate with site managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically in residential and multi-residential builds
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and building codes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Must have own transportation and tools
