I am seeking an M&E Manager on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor in North Dublin. This is an opportunity to gain permanent, long-term employment with one of the countries leading main contractors.

€80k - €90k salary + package on offer.

About the company:

My client is a Tier 1 Building Contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They currently have a number of high-profile projects under construction including Commercial, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical plants, and Mixed-use developments ranging in value from €10m to €200m.
The company have a healthy pipeline of work and are in a strong position going forward, so this is a permanent, long-term position.

A Brief Overview:

• The role involves mainly the coordination of all M&E
• A substantial amount of the coordination revolves around design changes and tying in with the BIM coordinator.
• Coordinating the deliveries from the vendors
• Liaising between the design team and the MEP contractors
• Tracking RFI’s and Submittals
• Collating all the SAT’s and FAT’s
• Coordinating equipment power up’s
• Some site QA checking

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering
• 8+ years post graduate experience
• Experience with either a Main Contractor/M&E Subcontractor, or Consultancy
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems
• Excellent communication skills
