SSA is recruiting an M&E Quantity Surveyor for a reputable cost/pm consultancy for an ongoing DC project near Amsterdam.
About the role:
Site based role working on a leading Data Center project near Amsterdam.
The ideal candidate would be open to relocation (great package as compensation).
This is a non rotational role, but option for a rotation model with regular flights home and accommodation can be provided.
You will be responsible for:

Position requirements:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 5+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
- Demonstrated MEP construction experience (essential)
- Valid working rights within Ireland/Europe

- Managing full commercial lifecycle of M&E works on data centre projects, including cost planning, procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
- Act as client’s primary commercial contact, providing strategic advice on budgets, procurement routes, and cash flow forecasting.
- Oversee variations and change management, ensuring accurate financial impact assessments and value engineering opportunities.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and client representatives to ensure compliance with technical standards and project specifications.
