Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor - Data Centre Mechanical Works (Frankfurt, Germany)
Contract Type: Permanent (German GmbH contract)
Rotation: Standard 17:4 rotation (flexible if required)
Salary: Competitive six‑figure total package (all living costs covered)

About the Client
Our client has secured major mechanical installation packages across a new Phase 1 Data Centre project in Frankfurt, including pipework, PH, and ventilation works, with a guaranteed pipeline across multiple phases with two Tier‑1 general contractors.
 
Role Overview
We are hiring Mechanical Engineers / Supervisors to support site teams with coordination, supervision, and quality control of mechanical installations. This role suits experienced engineers or supervisors familiar with large industrial mechanical construction who want to build their experience in data centre projects.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily works for pipework, PH, and HVAC installations.
• Coordinate subcontractor teams ensuring work is completed to program and quality standards.
• Assist with technical submittals, drawings, and QA documentation.
• Support tagging, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with HSE standards.
• Report progress and issues to the Mechanical Package Manager.

 
What You Bring

• 3-6+ years' experience in mechanical installation/site supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across pipework, PH, or HVAC installations.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical design drawings.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent English essential; German language beneficial.
• Comfortable working on-site in Frankfurt on rotation.
