Mechanical Estimating Manager - North Dublin / Meath

SSA is recruiting a Mechanical Estimating Manager on behalf of a world class MEP Contractor, to be based in North Dublin.
About the role:
As an Estimating Manager within this company, you will work alongside Estimators of various levels, playing a key role in the future growth of the business. Reporting to the Group Estimating Manager, you will be involved in the tendering a variety of large-scale projects throughout Ireland and Europe.
You will be responsible for: reviewing and agreeing bid strategies, participating in the full tender process from cradle to grave, managing a team of Estimators, managing RFT'S and PQQ's and liaising with the Marketing team re same, conducting thorough reviews of tender documents with Estimators, preparing tender review & progress reports, handing over to the site team ensuring the successful transition of the project, and much more.

Position requirements:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Previous estimating management experience (essential)
- Proven managerial abilities (essential)
- Experience on data centre, life sciences, or industrial projects
- Valid working rights within Ireland
