Duties include (but not limited to):
- Plan, coordinate, and manage mechanical projects across diverse industries including pharmaceutical, biopharma, food and beverage, healthcare, chemical, and infrastructure.
- Lead project teams, including engineers, welders, and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory codes.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, generate reports, and provide updates to senior management.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to overcome technical or logistical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, quality, and efficiency
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in industrial, pharmaceutical, or process environments.
- Strong knowledge of pipe welding procedures including dairy tube pipe, SCH stainless, high-purity biobore, and carbon steel.
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA, ISO, and other industry-specific standards is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
