Our client, A Tier 1 M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on, commercial, data centre, pharma and healthcare, sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

Duties include (but not limited to):
• Track record of delivering mechanical projects from pre-construction to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
• Experience managing combined Mechanical/Electrical projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with solid understanding of project P&L.
• Skilled in managing core cross-functional teams and developing team capability.
• Consistent ability to drive successful project outcomes across all phases
Position Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience with a relevant third-level qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Strong IT proficiency, including knowledge of CSA activities and related programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage medium- and large-scale building services projects.
• Effective communicator with excellent organisational skills; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare project experience advantageous but not essential
