Our client, A reputable M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on commercial, residential healthcare projects.  This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction to handover
• Prepare and control project programmes and cashflow
• Procure plant, materials and subcontract packages
• Coordinate design with consultants and internal BIM teams
• Manage site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with H&S, quality and technical standards
• Control budgets, variations and final accounts
• Attend client, design and site progress meetings
• Oversee commissioning, O&M manuals and project close-out

Position Requirements:

• Trade or engineering background in Mechanical / Building Services
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience delivering mechanical packages €500k+
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, LPHW, CHW, ventilation & controls
• Experience in commercial or healthcare environments
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong commercial awareness and reporting ability
• Full driving licence
