Our client, A reputable Mechanical Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on, commercial, residential and healthcare, sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

About the role:

• Covering projects in Dublin

• €55-65k salary
• Fully expensed company vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Ensure site safety and promote compliance with Health & Safety plans.
• Review contractors’ methods, permits, and risk controls to ensure safe execution.
• Monitor and coordinate daily contractor activities across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation.
• Participate in weekly safety and coordination meetings and stay informed on planned works.
• Carry out inspections, manage RFIs/submittals, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Support commercial and QEHS requirements, advising on variations, costs, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong leadership, team management, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction projects with high safety standards.
• Relevant qualifications desirable, with full clean Irish driver’s licence, Safe Pass, and Manual Handling
