About the role:
• Negotiable Competitive salary €65-75k (DOE)

Duties include (but not limited to):
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of technicians and mechanics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and industry regulations.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor resources, tools, and materials.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and performance testing of machinery.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide technical guidance to the team
Position Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in supervising mechanical maintenance or projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and reporting tools
