Our clients , are leading Irish M&E Contractors, are currently seeking Mechanical Supervisors to join their Engineering team for ongoing projects across Ireland and Europe . With a strong portfolio of ongoing projects throughout the Ireland and mainland Europe , the company offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.


About the role:

- Roles based in Ireland and Europe
- Join a highly reputable M&E Contractor
- Excellent opportunity to grow and develop with an established industry leader
- Working on major data centre projects
- Salary ranges from €60-70k

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Work independently in a fast-paced team, report to the Construction/PM
- Supervise daily site operations, labour, plant, and materials
- Ensure compliance with HSQE, building regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors on site
- Conduct post-construction surveys and prepare As-Built records
- Handle site admin, compliance, and performance reporting

Position requirements:

- Mechanical trade qualification or relevant engineering degree
- Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role is essential
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organise teams effectively
- Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential
- Skilled in building and maintaining effective professional relationships
