Our client, is a Tier 1 M&E Contractor, are currently seeking MEP Construction Managers to join their Engineering team for ongoing projects across Ireland and Europe . With a strong portfolio of ongoing projects throughout the Ireland and mainland Europe , the company offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.


About the role:

- Roles based in Ireland and Europe
- Join a highly reputable M&E Contractor

- Working on major data centre projects
- Salary ranges from €80-90k

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Coordinate electrical design with consultants and subcontractors; attend design reviews
- Create and track weekly/daily work plans to meet or exceed targets
- Ensure site teams have access, info, and materials needed for smooth work
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and personnel
- Oversee specialist subcontractors and support the Project Manager with scheduling
- Monitor safety, quality, progress, and costs, keep stakeholders updated

Position requirements:

- Mechanical/ Electrical trade qualification or relevant engineering degree
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in site-based Construction Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and organise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential
- Flexibility to travel / work on rotation
