As a Microtunneling Superintendent, you will oversee the successful execution of microtunneling projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and coordinate all activities related to microtunneling projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and contracts.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
Quality Control: Oversee quality processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Safety Management: Prioritize safety, enforce policies, and conduct audits to minimize accidents
Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of microtunneling or underground construction experience.
