Job Description

UAE based International Real Estate Developer and Builder are growing and looking to add a Planning Manager to their main office in Dubai. This role will lead a team of planners for local and remote projects with great benefits and competitive salary for the successful applicant.

The successful applicant will have more than 7 years of experience as part of and leading planning teams for mega construction projects in the UAE and GCC regions. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with assigned project executives and senior management to devise baseline schedule for each development.
• Liaise with all internal departments ensuring all aspects are analysed for accuracy.
• Compare reports from site teams and project manager to track progress and update schedules as required.
• Compile reports for subcontract work for duration of project and assigned scopes of work for baseline updates.
• Work with finance team to document all active rates from labour teams for updated budget reports and time saving.
• Utilize, train and mentor junior team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Advanced Training in Construction or Scheduling software.
• Procore and Primavera Certification.
• Minimum of 4 years in a lead scheduling management position.
• Completed a minimum of large-scale resort or hospitality projects consisting of multiple buildings.
