Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in the service industry, particularly with renovations, retrofits, upgrades, and emergency repairs.
- Estimation and sales experience related to HVAC and Plumbing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business deals, including cold calling skills.
- Have a solid understanding of trade knowledge or possess hands-on experience in the field.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to evaluate and solve problems while identifying the most appropriate solutions.
- Develop expertise in mechanical systems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent customer service, including resolving client issues efficiently.
- Look for new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and participate in tenders for new projects.
- Collaborate with the technical team to support projects based on the estimates and help find alternate solutions as needed.
