The Role As the Carpentry & Joinery Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of joinery and carpentry projects from concept to completion. You'll ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple joinery and carpentry projects across various sectors
- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits and progress reviews
- Coordinate material procurement and subcontractor activities
- Lead project meetings and produce accurate reports
- Resolve site or production issues efficiently
Requirements - Proven experience in managing carpentry/joinery projects
- Background in joinery, carpentry, or construction (trade or degree-qualified)
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and finishes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Full UK driving license (or local equivalent)
