Project Manager – Civil Contractor (Excavation & Shoring) 
Lower Mainland | $125,000 – $150,000 + Benefits
We’re working with a leading civil contractor in the Lower Mainland who is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee major excavation and shoring projects. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex work, manage teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage excavation and shoring projects from start to finish
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Oversee contract administration, cost tracking, and project documentation
• Monitor site safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and municipal authorities to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff and field supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• Project Management experience in civil construction, with a focus on excavation and shoring
• Strong knowledge of deep excavations, retaining systems, and site safety requirements
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders effectively
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites in the Lower Mainland
