Project Manager - ICI Construction (GTA)
 
Our client, a well-established and reputable General Contractor in the Greater Toronto Area (East), is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join their growing team. This firm is recognized for delivering high-quality Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects across Ontario with a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and client satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through to closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative site and office culture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing ICI construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Proven track record delivering projects in the $1M-$20M range.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, scheduling, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
