The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (MEP) to oversee the successful execution of mechanical and electrical scopes on large-scale construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of MEP project execution.
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction processes, and contract administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline) preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent an asset.
