Project Manager – Multi Family Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi family residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of schedules, budgets, procurement, and consultant and trade coordination while supporting high quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
• Plan project schedules, budgets, and scopes
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subtrades
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and documentation
• Track labour, materials, and cost performance throughout the project
• Oversee procurement and identify long-lead items
• Lead project meetings and maintain accurate reporting
• Ensure construction meets design intent, specifications, and quality standards
• Support site teams in resolving day-to-day issues
Requirements
• 6 to 8 years of construction experience
• Strong background in multi family or mixed-use projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets for large-scale residential builds
• Strong scheduling, forecasting, and cost-control skills
• Ability to review drawings, scopes, and specifications with accuracy
• Effective communicator with strong coordination and leadership ability
• Proficient with G Suite and common construction software
• Class 5 driver’s license
Compensation
• Competitive salary based on experience, typically in the $110K to $130K range
