Job Description
- Lead and manage architectural projects across all work stages, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
- Develop design concepts and prepare planning and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities.
- Prepare and review detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits, monitor construction, and provide contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, Planning Laws, and Health & Safety legislation.
- Support junior team members and contribute to mentoring within the practice.
- Minimum 3 years Irish experience
- RIAI Registered
- Ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, 3D Modelling, Sketch-Up, and Rendering/Visualisation/Animation.
- Driver’s License is highly desirable
