- The firm focuses on housing, from multi-unit to one-offs, but works in other industries including hospitality and healthcare.
- Experience delivering medium scale projects from conception to completion.
- Maintain and foster client relationships
- Manage project teams throughout the delivery of projects
- Manage statutory submissions and approvals with relevant authorities
- Oversee projects during construction, including site inspections and contractor coordination
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- RIAI Registered Architect
- 5+ years PQ experience
- Excellent Revit skills with good working knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD
- Ambitious Architect looking to progress their career within the firm
- Attention to detail and strong presentation skills
- Competitive Salary D.O.E + Package
