What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks
- Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations
- Assist with safety training and orientations for new hires
- Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to foster a strong safety culture
- 1–2 years of experience in a Safety Coordinator role within underground utilities or civil construction
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations and safety management systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites in the Lower Mainland
$70,000 – $90,000 annual salary (based on experience)
