Job Description

SSA are looking for a Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist on behalf of our client, a Multidisciplinary Consultancy, based in North Dublin.

They are looking for an experienced Architectural professional to join their team and play a leading role in the delivery of multiple projects.

Job Description

• Lead and manage education-sector projects from concept and planning through to construction and completion
• Act as project lead for architectural delivery, coordinating with structural, civil, M&E, and other disciplines
• Develop and review design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications to a high standard
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, Technical Guidance Documents, Department of Education guidelines, and public procurement requirements
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including attendance at design team and client meetings

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a relevant Architectural role
• Proven experience delivering education-sector projects in Ireland
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, DoE guidelines, BCAR, and public works contracts
• High level of proficiency in Revit (advantageous)
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
