Job Description

SSA are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist on behalf of our client, a leading Architecture Firm, based in Cork.

The right candidate will have significant Revit experience and a technical background.

Job description 

• Work on a range of large scale residential and commercial projects in Cork and Ireland
• Lead the technical development of projects from detailed design through construction
• Ensure full compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR requirements, and relevant standards
• Act as a technical and Revit lead on projects
• Develop, manage, and maintain Revit models to a high technical standard
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior architects and technologists
• Review and sign off on technical outputs and documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years Irish experience or experience in a similar role
• Excellent Revit experience and skills and technical background
• Demonstrated expertise in technical design and construction detailing
• Proven experience working on complex buildings
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong technical mindset
• Proactive problem solver with excellent organisational skills
