Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. They specialise in civil infrastructure and utility installations.
  
Your daily tasks will involve:

• Estimating
• Serving as the liaison with contractors, engaging in discussions with owners and their representatives
• Overseeing subcontractors
• Scrutinizing material takeoffs
• Navigating regulatory requirements and permits,
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of projects.

Their ideal candidate is well-versed in various municipal specifications and MMCD guidelines, with a background in estimating and generating progress estimates, claims, and extra work orders.
  

• While a minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred, they welcome applicants with less experience who demonstrate the necessary skills and eagerness to learn.
• Superb written and oral communication skills are essential
• Solid understanding of underground utility and road construction markets, coupled with a strong desire for professional growth.
• Educational qualifications such as PMP, P.Eng, CTech, or EIT are desirable, though relevant experience will also be considered.
• With 5-10 years of experience in civil construction across diverse infrastructure projects
