Contract Administrator – Residential Projects 
Salary: Around $140,000 + Super (or more depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a highly regarded builder working across townhouse and unit developments in the North Brisbane area.

The Role:

• Full end-to-end contract administration on townhouse/unit projects
• Managing subcontractor agreements, procurement, variations, and cost tracking
• Liaising with site teams, consultants, and suppliers to keep projects on track
• Supporting project delivery from inception to completion

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5+ years of local Contract Administration experience in the construction industry (essential)
• Strong knowledge of residential builds or commercial builds 
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work within a collaborative team culture
