Senior HVAC Draftsperson – Building Services
Location: Melbourne | Full-Time
A well-established mechanical services contractor is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Draftsperson to join its Melbourne-based team. This role is key to the delivery of commercial and industrial building services projects, providing high-quality shop drawings and coordinated models.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams, taking ownership of mechanical documentation from design development through to construction and as-built stages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and review detailed HVAC shop drawings
- Develop and maintain coordinated Revit and AutoCAD models
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and site personnel
- Resolve design and constructability issues
- Support junior drafters and uphold drafting standards
- Strong background in HVAC drafting within mechanical services
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and construction methods
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
