Are you a seasoned Senior Estimator with a strong background in ICI construction looking to join a reputable and growing organization?
Our client, a well-established General Contractor, is seeking a Senior Estimator with 10+ years of experience delivering accurate, competitive estimates on Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial projects across Ontario.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Lead full-cycle estimating from conceptual through tender close
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates across all divisions
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents for scope and risk
• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Participate in bid strategy, value engineering, and risk analysis
• Support preconstruction planning, budgeting, and proposal submissions
• Collaborate closely with project management and operations teams

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of estimating experience with an ICI General Contractor
• Strong understanding of Canadian construction practices and contracts
• Proven experience estimating projects from $5M+
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, Excel)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
