Senior Estimator - ICI Construction

�� $110,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
 
�� Full-Time | In-Office (5 days/week)
 
We're currently partnering with a well-established ICI General Contractor in the Peel Region that's looking to add a Senior Estimator to their team. This is a key role for someone who knows ICI construction inside and out and can confidently lead estimates from early budgeting through final tender submission.
What You'll Be Doing

• Lead full-scope estimates on ICI projects (commercial, industrial, institutional)
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid summaries
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for scope and risk
• Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Develop conceptual budgets and value-engineering options
• Work closely with project managers, operations, and senior leadership
• Participate in bid reviews and post-bid analysis
• Maintain accurate estimating databases and historical cost data

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of estimating experience with an ICI General Contractor
• Proven experience in estimating projects across multiple divisions
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Ability to lead bids independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in the office, 5 days per week
