Senior Financial Analyst

$95,000 to $100,000 per year

A real estate focused organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and investment analysis. This role provides modelling, reporting, and performance insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Build financial models, forecasts, and cash flow analysis for development and investment opportunities
• Prepare monthly reporting, variance analysis, and long term planning insights for leadership
• Support the annual budgeting process and departmental projections
• Review income producing assets and provide investment return analysis
• Assist with underwriting, due diligence, and preparing financial presentations
• Complete ad hoc analysis to support business needs

Requirements
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
• CPA or CFA is an asset
• Three to five years of financial analysis experience, ideally in real estate
• Strong modelling skills including NPV, IRR, cash flow and proforma analysis
