Senior Project Manager – HVAC Mechanical Services
Sydney | $180k–$240k + Vehicle + Super | Permanent
An established mechanical services contractor with a strong reputation in commercial HVAC delivery is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major projects across Sydney’s commercial, health and institutional sectors. With long-standing builder relationships and in-house engineering capability, the business offers stability, technical depth and a solid project pipeline.
The Role You will oversee full project lifecycle including:

• Planning, scheduling & procurement
• Design coordination and engineering problem-solving
• Financials, forecasting, variations & claims
• Subcontractor oversight & stakeholder management
• Commissioning, testing & handover

About You We’re seeking:

• Proven PM experience in HVAC/mechanical building services
• Exposure to commercial, industrial or health facilities projects
• Strong contractual/commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with leadership capability

Mechanical Engineering qualifications highly regarded.
