Our client is a leading multinational real estate professional services firm with an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager based in Vancouver. This role is primarily focused on delivering retail projects but, as part of a consultancy, you'll also gain exposure to a diverse range of project typologies.
This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful, high-profile retail initiatives for top-tier brands across the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver retail-focused projects, including store rollouts, renovations, and tenant improvements.
• Manage projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, from initiation to close-out.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Provide clear, confident leadership in client-facing settings.

Required Experience:

• Proven track record managing and delivering retail projects (Retail experience is mandatory).
• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred/Bonus Experience:

• Experience with financial institution projects, such as bank branches or financial office spaces.
• Familiarity with corporate fit-outs or capital improvement projects within the financial sector.
