��️ Now Hiring: Senior Project Manager - ICI & Multi-Family Residential Construction ��️
 
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver institutional, commercial, and multi-family residential construction projects in the Simcoe area. This is a senior-level, on-site role where you will be directly responsible for leading project teams, ensuring successful execution, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
 
�� About the Role:
As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction through to closeout. You will work closely with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
 
�� What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in ICI and/or multi-family residential construction
• Proven track record managing complex, large-scale projects in Ontario
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead site teams
• Deep understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills

• Salary up to $130,000
