Central London
£70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-end commercial fit out projects? We're working with a dynamic and growing commercial fit out business that is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects ranging from £50k to £3m in value, overseeing them from contract award through to completion. If you're commercially minded, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of 3 to 4 fit out projects simultaneously, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scopes, budgets, timelines, and objectives
- Plan, coordinate, and manage resources across multiple concurrent projects
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout each stage of the project
- Uphold quality standards, ensuring all deliverables align with the client's expectations and project goals

- Proven experience delivering commercial fit out projects (ideally Cat A & Cat B), from inception to completion
- Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking abilities
