Senior Project Manager  - Victoria, BC

A leading construction management and general contracting firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial, industrial and multi residential projects across Greater Victoria. This role offers strong leadership responsibility, complex project delivery and long term advancement.

Responsibilities 
• Lead full project delivery from internal start up through occupancy and close out
• Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, progress claims and change orders
• Chair project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, trades and authorities
• Review contract documents and proactively resolve conflicts or omissions
• Oversee subcontract buyout, major purchase orders and contract administration
• Support QA and QC, LEED documentation and project reporting
• Ensure up to date drawings, RFIs and approved changes are communicated to site teams
• Visit site regularly to review progress, quality and issues
• Mentor Project Coordinators and support professional development
• Collaborate with Site Superintendents on planning, safety, labour utilization and schedule performance

Qualifications
• 8 plus years of construction project management experience
• Experience leading commercial, industrial or multi residential projects
• Strong cost control, schedule management and contract administration skills
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Word and Excel
• Confident communicator with leadership and problem solving ability
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Compensation
• Salary range $130,000 to $150,000 depending on experience
