Senior Property Manager/Property Manager

Our client is one of the well-known developers in Canada, they have a lot of landmark architectures across North America including luxury condominium residences, hotels, and commercial buildings.
 
We have an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager/Property Manager to join this great team. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and results driven individual to oversee over 1 million square feet of industrial buildings, retail spaces, apartment rental buildings and condominium units.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Rent collections and receivables:
    • Ensure timely collection of rent and other receivables.
    • Follow up on collection efforts.
    • Look after any court or legal proceedings as needed.
  • Oversee to ensure that eviction processes, move-ins, warning letters to tenant, etc. are done on a timely manner and in accordance with rules and regulations.
  • Maintaining good relations with tenants:
    • Ensure good customer service
    • Resolving tenant issues and complaints
  • Leasing and lease renewals
  • Ensure quality tenants are accepted.
  • Day-to-day operations of the properties
  • Prepare or review operating budgets as needed.
  • Assisting in TI co-ordination to ensure that the TIs are completed as scheduled.
  • Maintaining a database of current market rates and trends
  • Preparing monthly status reports on all tenants and vacant spaces and units available for lease
  • Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years working experience as a Property Manager
  • Driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time on-site

Salary: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
