Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (CSA) to join a landmark hyperscale data centre project, one of Europe’s most complex and technically advanced builds.

What You'll be Doing:

- Lead commercial delivery from pre- to post-contract.
- Manage cost planning, tender analysis, procurement, and contract admin.
- Implement value engineering to optimise project cost and performance.
- Oversee budget forecasting, EVM, and cashflow.
- Negotiate change orders and final accounts.
- Collaborate with diverse project teams on one of Europe’s fastest-moving programmes.

Requirements: 

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- 5+ years’ experience on large-scale CSA or mission-critical projects
- Strong pre- and post-contract experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience in data centres, life sciences, or industrial builds is a big plus
- Fluent in English
