SSA is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a top-ranked Main Building Contractor, to be based in Waterford.
About the Role Office based with site visits, reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for: full commercial management of projects, managing budgets, tracking and forecasting costs, overseeing variations and compensation events, advising on potential risks, regular liaison with project stakeholders, mentoring junior staff, and much more.
