About Our Client: 
Our client is a leading construction firm specializing in institutional projects, including schools, hospitals, and government facilities. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we deliver projects that shape communities and set new standards in construction.
They're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing institutional construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of plans.
• Manage and supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors and labor crews.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, adjusting timelines as needed to meet project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, material usage, and labor hours.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients and company leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably in institutional construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and labor teams effectively.
• Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and construction management tools.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
