Site Superintendent – Restoration/Envelope Projects
Location: Metro Vancouver
Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 

We are hiring a Site Superintendent to lead a restoration project on an occupied residential building. This is a dedicated role with one project at a time and an upcoming start.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily site operations and schedules
• Coordinate trades, consultants, and suppliers
• Oversee safety, quality, and site logistics
• Work professionally within occupied buildings
• Maintain clear communication with the project team
• Track progress and support timely project delivery

Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Superintendent
• Experience with restoration or building envelope work preferred
• Comfortable working in occupied residential environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and safety
