Senior Estimator/Preconstruction Lead
Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead cost planning and preconstruction efforts. Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates (labour, materials, subs), managing budgets and forecasts, leading bid packages, and negotiating pricing.
Work closely with PMs, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment on scope, cost, and schedule. Support value engineering, risk analysis, and early-stage planning.
Requirements: 7–10+ years’ experience, strong knowledge of construction methods, proficiency in Bluebeam/Sage/estimating tools, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Comp: $120K–$160K+ + bonus + benefits.
