Join an established, residential builder specialising in apartment and high-rise developments is seeking an experienced professional to join their delivery team.
This opportunity would suit someone with 5–10+ years’ experience across:
• Structural coordination
• Formwork and precast shop drawing assessments
• Building services coordination
• Apartment and high-rise construction projects

Role Overview
You’ll play a key role in coordinating structural works while supporting services integration across complex residential builds. Responsibilities include:
• Managing and coordinating the structural scope of works
• Reviewing formwork, precast and structural shop drawings
• Assisting with services coordination and clash resolution
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and site teams
• Supporting buildability, programming and sequencing outcomes

About You
• Background as a Structural Engineer, Site Engineer or Junior Project Manager
• Solid understanding of high-rise and apartment structures
• Strong drawing interpretation and coordination capability
• Self-driven, detail-oriented and comfortable working autonomously
