Experienced Wind Turbine Technician - GE Turbines (Germany, EU Citizens, English-Speaking)
 
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Wind Turbine Technicians to work across Germany on leading onshore wind projects.
If you have strong GE turbine experience and want flexible rotation schedules, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing European wind service provider.
You'll be part of a skilled team performing maintenance, troubleshooting, service, and repairs on modern onshore wind turbines, with 80-85% of the work on GE platforms. Our operational base covers all of Germany, with travel and accommodation arranged for you.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on GE wind turbines (and occasional Enercon units).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Perform inspections, testing, and component replacements.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Document work performed in line with company and OEM requirements.

 
Requirements

• Proven experience as a wind turbine technician (GE experience strongly preferred).
• Relevant technical or electrical qualifications.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• EU citizenship (must be eligible to work across Germany).
• Proficient in English (company language)

 
What We Offer

• Hourly rate: €20-27 (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Daily allowance: €28/day.
• Flexible rotations to suit your lifestyle:

Example schedules: 2 weeks on / 1 week off, or 4/2, or 6/2.

• Accommodation arranged & paid (mainly hotels).
• Annual leave progression:

Year 1: 26 days
Year 2: 28 days
Year 3 onwards: 30 days
