Job Title: Site Superintendent (ICI Construction) – 6-Month Contract
 
�� Location: Greater Toronto Area

�� Compensation: Up to $110,000 annually (pro-rated for contract + potential bonus)

�� Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension)
We’re hiring a hands-on, experienced Site Superintendent for an ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction project in the Greater Toronto Area. This is a full-time contract opportunity ideal for someone who thrives on-site, leads by example, and has a proven track record delivering successful builds from the ground up.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met on schedule.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on site.
• Enforce site safety standards in compliance with OHSA and company policies.
• Conduct daily site meetings and maintain accurate site documentation (daily logs, progress photos, deficiency lists, etc.).
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in ICI construction.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced commercial or institutional job sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, OBC codes, safety protocols, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Procore or similar project management tools is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Working at Heights and other safety certifications are required.
