Working Commercial Site Superintendent (Retail / Fit-Outs)
 
�� Greater Toronto Area
 
�� $85,000 - $95,000
 
This role is for a Superintendent who leads from the site, not the trailer.
If you've run fast-paced tenant improvement projects, managed trades in tight spaces, and taken pride in delivering clean, on-time fit-outs — this is right up your alley.
What You'll Be Doing

• Run day-to-day site operations on retail & commercial fit-out projects
• Be hands-on when needed — site setup, deliveries, real-time problem solving
• Manage subcontractors and site labour
• Keep projects moving on tight schedules
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Read and interpret drawings, scopes, and shop drawings
• Coordinate inspections, deficiencies, and close-out
• Communicate clearly with Project Managers, trades, and clients

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Working Site Superintendent (Retail / Commercial Fit-Outs)
• Strong understanding of ICI construction
• Comfortable working in occupied buildings / live environments
• Able to manage multiple trades in fast-turn projects
• Solid knowledge of Ontario health & safety
• Reliable, organized, and takes pride in the finished product
