Spurs unveil plans for mixed-use scheme next to new stadium

Date: 01 Nov 2017

Tottenham Hotspur have unveiled plans to build a major mixed-use scheme near the club’s new stadium.

Plans for the Goods Yard site include up to 330 new homes alongside offices, shops and a public square.

The listed Station Master’s House will also be refurbished.

The land is currently used as a storage site for gravel and building materials.

The club is now inviting local residents to check out the proposals at a series of public consultations this week.

Spurs said: “As the owners of the site and a genuine part of the local community with a long term stake in the success of the area, we are delighted to present these proposals for consultation.

“We have already delivered new homes, schools and community benefits for North Tottenham and the progress of our stadium scheme has seen over 1,000 jobs generated for local residents.

“These new plans aim to continue this and underline our commitment to the area.”
